Martha Douglas-Osmundson is an educator and playwright. She serves on the faculty of Clark University in Worcester, MA. and taught English, history, and drama at Lincoln School in Providence for many years. Martha is a recipient of the Charles Sullivan Award for Distinguished Service in the Arts (Pell Award) for her program, Shakespeare in the City. She is a proud member of the Blue Cow Group and has seen her work performed at the Providence Fringe Festival; Boston Theater Marathon XXII; Trinity Rep’s America Too: Our Health; WomensWork Theatre Collaborative; Spotlight Theatre (Lawrence, MA); Culture*Park, New Bedford, and other venues. Martha is a private tutor in English and writing for grades 6-12 and first year college students.
